120 g Steamed potatoes
50 g Steamed carrots
75 g Salted peanuts
25 cl Soy milk
20 cl Vegetable stock
3 tbsp Tapioca flour
2 tbsp Malted yeast
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Miso
1 tsp Mustard powder
0.5 tsp Paprika
0.5 tsp Onion powder
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
0.5 tsp Salt
900 g Tteokbokkis (Korean rice cakes)
Préparation

Place all the ingredients except the salt and tteokbokkis in the mixer bowl. Close the lid. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Etape 2 /3
Cook the tteokbokkis in a pan of water for about 6 minutes, adjusting the cooking time according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.

Put the sauce in a frying pan and cook for 3 min. Taste and add salt if necessary. Add the tteokboukis. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little water. Serve immediately.
